Super Fudge Brownies

Ingredients:

3/4 cup unsalted butter

3/4 cup Askinosie cocoa powder (Found at our brick and mortar!)

1 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla bean extract

1/4 cup brewed Julia's Java coffee (Also found at our brick and mortar!)

1 egg plus 1 egg yolk

3 Tbsp milk

1 cup oat flour


Prep: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper.


In a saucepan add 3/4 cup of butter and melt, then whisk in 1/4 cup of our Maple Syrup Granules, 3/4 cup of Askinosie's cocoa powder, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla bean, and last but not least, 1/4 cup of brewed Julia's Java Coffee.



Add this mixture to a bowl and let cool before folding in one egg plus one egg yolk, 3 tablespoons of your choice of milk, 1 cup of oat flour, and 1 teaspoon of sea salt.


When thoroughly combined, move to the parchment paper lined, greased 8x8 pan, then let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before popping it in the oven for another 30 minutes. (It will still have some gooey qualities when poking it with a tester)


After pulling out of the oven let the brownies cool all of the way in the pan before dusting them with a mixture of 1:1:1 powdered sugar, Askinosie cocoa powder, and maple syrup granules!
